RV Park Sites vs Duda for an RV park website.
You may have a Duda site without knowing it. Duda sells to agencies, and agencies sell to parks. It builds a decent site fast. The question is whose account it lives in.
THE SHORT ANSWER
Duda is a website builder made for agencies to build client sites quickly, with white-label branding, so many RV park sites built by marketing companies are Duda underneath. Direct plans run about $19 to $39 a month; agency plans more. The site lives in the agency's Duda account, cannot be exported, and goes away if you stop paying the agency. RV Park Sites is $85 a month, built and maintained for your park, connected to your booking system, and owned by you outright, source code included.
What Duda is
Duda is a hosted website builder aimed at agencies and resellers rather than owners. An agency signs up, builds sites for dozens of clients from Duda's templates and widgets, and often presents the result under its own brand. Duda's own direct plans, as of this writing, start around $19 a month for a basic site and about $39 for a team plan, billed yearly, with agency tiers above that. It has solid templates, a client-editing mode, decent page speed, and standard search tools.
If a marketing company built your park's site in the last five years and you never heard the word WordPress, there is a fair chance it is Duda.
Where Duda works for a park
- The agency is good and you plan to stay. A competent agency on Duda can deliver a clean site quickly and keep it updated as part of a monthly plan.
- You want to edit some things yourself. Duda's client editor lets an owner change text and photos without breaking the layout.
- Speed matters and the agency cares. Duda pages are lighter than Wix and can score well on mobile if built with restraint.
Where Duda falls short for a park
- The site is in someone else's account. Most agency-built Duda sites belong to the agency's Duda subscription. Stop paying the agency and the site goes offline. You keep the domain, if you registered it, and nothing else.
- No export. Duda does not export a site to another platform. Leaving Duda means rebuilding, every time.
- The price is the agency's, not Duda's. You pay what the agency charges, commonly $100 to $300 a month, for a site that costs them $10 to $30 a month to host. Sometimes that includes real work. Sometimes it is a template with your logo.
- Templates, again. Duda's are built for general small business. A park's questions, site lengths, hookups, the road in, the season, get fitted into a template designed for a dentist.
- Search is whatever the agency does. Some agencies do it well. Many set the titles once and never return. The town pages for every nearby city that were common in this model are now marked down by Google.
- Booking is an embed. Same as every builder: the reservation platform is linked or embedded, and the agency maintains it, or does not.
What the real cost looks like
A park on an agency's Duda plan usually pays $100 to $300 a month, sometimes with a setup fee, and often on a contract. For that, the site is hosted and, depending on the agency, updated. When the park leaves, the site goes with the agency.
Ours is $85 a month with no build fee. Built for your kind of park, connected to your reservation system, maintained by us, and yours: the site, the source code, the domain, and the content. If you leave, you take it with you and host it anywhere. That is the single biggest difference between this and an agency Duda site, and it is the one to ask any agency about before signing.
What you get with us that a Duda agency site cannot
- Ownership you can prove. You get the source. Not a login to an editor, the actual files.
- A build for parks, by people who build only for parks. We know what a gateway park guest asks and what a monthly guest asks, because that is all we do.
- A flat price with no contract games. Twelve months minimum, then month to month. Pay the year up front and get two months free.
- Listings, reviews, and the printed park map in the Listings + Reviews band.
- A phone number that a person answers.
When to stay on Duda
If your agency is responsive, the site is current, the search results are good, and the monthly is fair, stay. Ask them one question first: what happens to the site if I leave. If the answer is that it goes away, you are renting, and it is worth knowing. If you move to us, we rebuild from your content, keep your page addresses with redirects, and move the domain.

Questions about Duda for RV parks.
How do I know if my park website is built on Duda?
View the page source in your browser and search for "duda" or "dudamobile." If it appears, the site is on Duda. Most agency-built park sites from the last several years are Duda or WordPress.
Do I own my Duda website?
Usually not. Agency-built Duda sites live in the agency's account, and Duda does not export sites. You own the domain if it was registered in your name. Ask your agency what happens to the site if you leave.
Can I move from a Duda site to RV Park Sites?
Yes. We rebuild from your content and photos, set up redirects so old page addresses still work, and move the domain. The Duda site is left behind because it cannot be exported.
Is Duda cheaper than RV Park Sites?
Duda's own plans are, at about $19 to $39 a month, but parks rarely buy Duda directly. Through an agency the common price is $100 to $300 a month. RV Park Sites is $85 a month with the build included and the site owned by you.
Paying an agency monthly for a site you cannot take with you?
