What we collect, and what we do with it.
Short version: the forms go to our customer system, Google Analytics counts visits, we do not sell anything about you, and you can ask us to delete what we have.
Effective September 7, 2026. This policy explains what RV Park Sites collects when you use rvparksites.com, what we do with it, and the choices you have. We wrote it to be read. If anything here is unclear, ask us and we will answer plainly.
Who we are
RV Park Sites is at 507 Main Ave W, Twin Falls, Idaho 83301. Websites, listings, and marketing for RV parks and campgrounds. You can reach us by email at hello@rvparksites.com, by phone at (208) 329-5386, or by mail at 507 Main Ave W, Twin Falls, Idaho 83301.
What we collect
What you give us
When you fill out the Get Started form or any other form on this site, we collect what you type: your name, email address, phone number, your park's name and address, and anything you write in the message. When you become a client we also collect what we need to build and run your site: your park's facts, photos, rates, booking links, business listings, and access you give us to accounts like Google Business Profile or your domain registrar.
What is collected automatically
When you visit, our web server records the standard things web servers record: your IP address, the pages you request, the time, the browser and device you use, and the page that sent you here. We use Google Analytics to understand how the site is used: which pages people read, how they arrived, roughly where they are, and what device they use. Google Analytics sets cookies in your browser to tell one visit from the next. We have set it not to store full IP addresses and we do not use it for advertising.
Forms are hosted by GoHighLevel
The forms on this site are provided by GoHighLevel, also called LeadConnector, a customer management service we use to receive and respond to inquiries. When you submit a form, what you typed goes to GoHighLevel's servers and into our account there. GoHighLevel may also set a cookie or record your IP address and browser when the form loads. GoHighLevel processes that information on our behalf under its own privacy policy, which is at gohighlevel.com/privacy-policy.
How we use it
- To answer you and do what you asked: call you back, send a quote, build the thing, ship the order.
- To run our business with you: invoices, renewals, changes, support.
- To tell you about our own services from time to time, if you have asked us to or are a client. You can stop that any time.
- To understand how the site is used and make it better.
- To keep the site secure and to meet legal obligations.
We do not sell your personal information and we do not share it with anyone for their own marketing.
Text messages and phone calls
If you give us your phone number, we may call or text you about your inquiry or your account. By submitting a form that includes your mobile number, you agree that we may send you text messages related to your request. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text to stop receiving them, and HELP for help. We do not share your phone number or your consent to receive texts with any third party for their marketing, and we do not sell it. The service that sends our texts is GoHighLevel, acting on our behalf.
Who else sees it
We share personal information only with the companies that help us run the site and the business, and only for that purpose:
- GoHighLevel, which hosts our forms and our customer records and sends our email and texts.
- Google, for Google Analytics.
- Adobe Fonts (Adobe Inc.), which serves the typeface on our pages and may log the request.
- DigitalOcean, which hosts this website.
- Our email and accounting providers, as needed to correspond with you and bill you.
We will also disclose information if the law requires it, to protect our rights or someone's safety, or as part of a sale or transfer of the business, in which case this policy continues to apply to it.
Client websites we build
If we build or host a website for your park, that site has its own visitors and its own forms. You own that site and its content. This policy covers this site and our own business. Visitor data collected on a client site is the client's, and we handle it only to build and run the site as the client instructs. We recommend every client site carry its own privacy policy, and we include one on request.
Cookies and how to opt out
This site sets no cookies of its own. Google Analytics sets cookies that begin with _ga to recognize a returning browser. GoHighLevel may set cookies when a form loads. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and the site works without them. To keep Google Analytics from seeing your visits anywhere, Google offers a browser add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout. We do not respond to browser Do Not Track signals because there is no agreed standard for what they mean, but the opt-outs above work.
How long we keep it
We keep form submissions and customer records for as long as we are working with you and for a reasonable time afterward, so we can answer questions about past work and meet tax and legal record-keeping requirements. Server logs are kept for a few weeks. Google Analytics data is kept for fourteen months and then aggregated. If you ask us to delete your information, we do, except what we must keep by law.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us what personal information we have about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. You can stop marketing email with the unsubscribe link in any message, and stop texts by replying STOP. Residents of California and some other states have the right to know what personal information a business collects, to have it deleted, and not to be discriminated against for asking. We honor those requests from anyone, wherever you live. To make a request, contact us by email at hello@rvparksites.com, by phone at (208) 329-5386, or by mail at 507 Main Ave W, Twin Falls, Idaho 83301. We will confirm who you are before acting on it and answer within thirty days.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS. We protect our accounts with the providers above with strong, unique passwords and two-factor authentication where it is offered. No system is perfect, and if we ever learn of a breach involving your information we will tell you.
Children
This site is for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13. If you think a child has given us information, tell us and we will delete it.
Links to other sites
We link to other websites, including our clients' parks and our sister business. Their privacy practices are their own, and this policy does not cover them.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will change the date at the top and, if the change is significant, say so on the site. Continuing to use the site after a change means the new policy applies.
