How much does an RV park website cost?
Across the industry, an RV park or campground website costs anywhere from nothing to more than ten thousand dollars, and the price tells you what you are buying. Reservation platforms bundle a template site for free or for around eighty dollars a month, and it looks like every other park on that platform. Template shops charge a few hundred dollars to set up and a monthly fee after. A custom site from a general web designer usually runs $2,500 to $5,000 and ends when it launches, with nobody looking after it.
Ours is $85 a month with no build fee. For the same money as the platform template you get a site designed for your park, connected to the booking system you already have, and maintained by people who only build RV park websites. For $150 we also keep your listing correct everywhere travelers look and handle your reviews, and for $250 we do the ongoing search work. The difference from the general designer is that we are still there in year three.
What the monthly covers.
A website that nobody tends stops earning within a year. Rates change, photos go stale, and the phone number on the site is the one thing guests will not forgive being wrong. The monthly rate is for the work that keeps it current and keeps it found.
The site itself
Hosting, backups, security updates, and speed, so you never think about them. Every band.
Changes
Rates, policies, hours, photos, a new site opening. You send it, we change it. Every band.
Search basics
The page structure, listings, and Google Business Profile set up correctly so travelers near you can find the park. Every band.
Listings
Your park's name, address, hours, photos, and booking link kept accurate on Google, Apple Maps, Bing, Yelp, and dozens of directories, from one place. Listings + Reviews and Marketing.
Reviews
Every review monitored, every one answered, and the best of them shown on your site. Plus a monthly report with the numbers. Listings + Reviews and Marketing.
The map
Your park map drawn, placed on the site, printable for check in, and updated when sites change. Listings + Reviews and Marketing.
Search work
Ongoing work on the searches travelers actually make, new pages through the season, and a quarterly call with the numbers. Marketing.
Same price as the platform template. Not the same website.
Your reservation software will build you a website for around eighty dollars a month, sometimes for nothing. It will look like every other park on that platform, it will exist to keep you on their subscription, and it will be the first thing to change when they change direction.
For $85 a month we build a site designed for your park alone, on a layout proven for your kind of park, connected to whatever software you already run. If the platform template is genuinely enough for your park, we will tell you so on the call.
Questions about paying for it.
Who owns the website?
You do. The site, its source code, the domain, and the content are yours. If you ever leave, you take them with you.
Is there a contract?
Twelve months on every band, then month to month. That covers the work of building the site and setting up your listings.
How do I pay?
Monthly by card, or the year up front with two months free.
Can I move up a band later?
Yes, any time. Most parks start on Website and add Listings + Reviews once they see the first report.
Do you run Google Ads?
No. We build the site and the search presence that bring guests without paying for every click.
Can I get the park map without the website?
Yes. Park maps on their own are handled by RV Park Map.
