How much does an RV park website cost per month?
Monthly pricing for campground websites is all over the map because the word "website" covers everything from a template you fill in yourself to a site somebody builds, hosts, updates, and markets for you.
SHORT ANSWER
Monthly plans for an RV park website generally run from $50 to $500. Under $100 a month usually means a template builder you maintain yourself, or a small custom site with hosting and minor edits included. Between $100 and $250 typically adds business listing management and review monitoring. Above $250 a month means ongoing SEO and content work, not just a site that sits there. A one-time custom build is usually $3,000 to $8,000 plus hosting, with changes billed hourly after launch. Our own bands are $85 for the website, $150 with listings and reviews, and $250 and up when SEO is included.
What each price band actually buys
| Per month | What you get | Who it fits |
|---|---|---|
| $0 to $50 | DIY builder subscription. You design it, you write it, you update it. | An owner with time and some patience for software |
| $50 to $100 | A built-for-you site, hosted, with small changes handled. No marketing. | A park that needs a working site and nothing more |
| $100 to $250 | The above plus business listings kept accurate and reviews monitored | A park competing in a town with several others |
| $250 and up | Ongoing SEO: new pages, content, links, and reporting | A park that wants to outrank the booking platforms |
Why the quotes vary so much
Three reasons. First, some quotes include hosting, a domain, an SSL certificate, and email; others bill each separately and the $79 plan becomes $140. Second, "unlimited edits" at one company means a form you submit and wait two weeks on, and at another means you text a photo and it is up that afternoon. Third, most web companies build for every industry, so an RV park quote is a general small-business quote with a campground photo on it. The specific work a park needs, site maps, rig-length pages, seasonal rate tables, booking handoff, is not in the number.
Monthly versus a one-time build
A one-time custom build runs $3,000 to $8,000 for a park. It is the better deal if you already have someone who can update it and you do not want ongoing marketing. The trap is what happens in month four when the rates change and the developer who built it has moved on to other work. Monthly costs more over five years and covers the part that actually keeps the site working: somebody answers when something breaks.
What we charge and what is in it
Our website band is $85 a month. That includes the design and build, hosting, the SSL certificate, unlimited content changes, the booking handoff to whatever system you already use, and the structured data that gets a park into map results and AI answers. No setup fee, no contract, and you own the domain and the content. Listings and reviews is $150. Anything with ongoing SEO starts at $250. The full breakdown is on the pricing page.
The number that actually matters
One booked week pays for a year of the website band. A park charging $55 a night that picks up one additional seven-night stay covers $385 of a $1,020 annual cost, and a site that answers questions properly picks up far more than one. The question is not whether $85 is cheap, it is whether the site is turning the people who already find you into guests.
Related questions.
Is there a setup fee for an RV park website?
With us, no. Some companies charge $500 to $2,000 up front on top of the monthly, so ask specifically whether the first payment differs from the rest.
Do I have to sign a contract?
Not with us. Some companies require twelve or twenty-four months, which matters most when you want to leave. Ask what happens to the site if you cancel.
Is hosting included in the monthly price?
It should be. Ask whether hosting, the SSL certificate, and the domain renewal are in the number or billed separately.
What does an RV park website cost to maintain if I build it myself?
A builder subscription is $16 to $50 a month, plus the domain at roughly $20 a year. The real cost is your time: most owners spend 20 to 40 hours on the first build and then stop updating it.
Want this handled for your park?
We build and run websites for RV parks and campgrounds, and nothing else. Websites from $85 a month, SEO from $250.
